President Obama has hailed the extraordinary spirit of the Jamaican people.
He penned his appreciation in the official guest book at Jamaica House before engaging in bilateral talks with Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller.
Here’s what he wrote:
“It is a great pleasure to visit Jamaica, known for its beauty and the extraordinary spirit of its people. May the deep and abiding friendship between our nations continue for generations to come.”
